My Story

I wrestle with depression and anxiety. They have been in the background most of my life. In Sep 2019 I suffered a mental breakdown at work, which brought the black dog very much into focus! I lost all sense of hope which took me to the brink of suicidal thoughts.

2020 was a challenging year for all of us, in particular for those struggling with mental health and as things continue into 2021, it is going to push more and more people to their limit, emotionally, financially and mentally. I have the opportunity to do my little bit to help these amazing charities in the three countries I am connected with and hope you can support me.  Bring it on!!
